Charity of The Month
Each month I will be focusing on a different charity and showing the work they do in making the world a better place.
This months charity is PTSD Resolution a charity focused on helping veterans, reservists and their families after they have left the armed forces. Not all those who serve will have need of this charity, but it is available to anyone who does. The aim of PTSD Resolution is to help them reintegrate into normal work and family life and heal from the trauma suffered during their service.
I cannot begin to imagine what it is like to serve in the armed forces, nor how difficult it must be to return to ‘normality’ once your service is over. I wear my poppy each year with pride but it is not just those who have fallen that must be remembered. Whilst we continue to have armed forces and put them in horrific circumstances, we must ensure we look after those who come home as well as the memories of those we have lost.
If you would like to donate you can do so here or purchase something from their shop here.
Are there any charities you would like me to feature?Let me know in the comments below.
I love that you focus on a different charity each month and spread their awareness. It is important that we take care of our veterans and reservists, especially when they are putting themselves out there for our safety. Thanks for sharing this group!

Thank you!
I’ve read so much about the “Shell shock” from WW1 and how it affected the lives of so many young men and old and I am so grateful that there is understanding and charitable organisations that address and support that as it is so important! Thanks for sharing.x
Yes, we still have a long way to go but charities like these are doing amazing work.
Just popping in to say, “HI!” Hope you are ok since you haven’t posted for ages!
